Track the work included in a client retainer

A monthly retainer might include a fixed number of hours or deliverables. Without a usage log, a freelancer may discover at the end of the month that extra requests consumed more time than the agreement covers. RetainerPulse shows the consumed and remaining allowance and keeps a task-level record for client conversations.

Enter the monthly allowance and fee, then log completed work with a date and hours. Each client/month combination has its own browser-local records. Export a CSV for the client or your records. This is not a shared approval system or a timer; the underlying contract determines what happens when hours run out.
